After months of stressing over COVID-19 and lockdown, we definitely need a bit of self-care! Get the ultimate glowy skin this summer with our recipe below!
- x1 tablespoon of honey
- x1 fully ripe avocado
- x1/2 cup of oats
1. Take 1 fully ripe avocado, remove the skin and the seed and mash up into a creamy pulp
3. Cook 1/2 a cup of oats as per the instructions on the pack you chose. Mix in with avocado and honey until it’s a uniform, lump free paste
4. Apply to skin and leave for around 10-15 minutes or until it dries up. Rinse off using hands or muslin cloth with warm water and pat skin dry with a soft towel
