Forever a girl’s girl, I am privileged to be surrounded by extraordinary women. Never has this been so apparent as during the ongoing pandemic and subsequent lockdown. As my confidants, my pick me up, and my best friends, it is these women who have got me through. My girls have given everything to me and so, through my photography, I give back to them.
This series of portraits captures the intimacy of female friendship in all its golden beauty.
Shot through windows, on trains, on the corner of our street, and during late countryside walks, these photos are brought together by the subjects’ connection to me and mine to them.
